Tap the WhatsApp button on the product card, or call us directly. Tell us what you want and your delivery location. We'll confirm availability and give you the total cost including delivery.
Make payment
Pay via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash. We'll send you payment confirmation and a receipt. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Receive your order
We dispatch via a trusted courier and share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp. Delivery timelines depend on your county — see the zones above.

A few things to keep in mind when ordering.
Delivery charges depend on your location and the size/weight of the product. We'll quote the exact amount before you pay — no surprises.
Most orders are dispatched on the same business day or the next morning, provided payment is confirmed by midday.
Once dispatched, we'll share the courier tracking number with you via WhatsApp so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Please inspect your order before signing for it. If anything looks damaged, note it with the courier and contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos.
For large pumps or multi-unit orders, we may use a freight service instead of standard courier. We'll advise on timelines when you enquire.
